Imagine a subject is in front of you with a gun at your face. (1) Grasp the gun with your left hand while moving your body outside the line of fire. (2)

Perform a simulated eye strike with your right hand (3) and grasp the gun with both hands twisting it away from your assailant. (4-5)

Left Side of head gun takeaway exercise:Holding the grip portion of the training gun with your left hand with the barrel pointing at the left side of your head (1) turn your body while at the same time grabbing the barrel portion of the gun with your right hand. (2) While maintaining control of the gun with your right hand perform an eye (3) thrust with your left hand. Keep turning the gun taking it away from the assailant. (4)
